Exceeding Your Expectations  

We take virtually all insurance cards so you pay your usual copay.  We stock a full line of prescription and over the counter products.  If we don’t have an item in stock we can typically get it the next day.   

We can help you with your new prescriptions and/or existing prescriptions that you want to transfer to Southern Village Pharmacy.  You can either call us or stop by the store and we can get the information we need from you.

• The first thing we can do is get you and/or your family’s information in our system (including your prescription drug insurance card).  We will need some basic information from you.  We have a simple new patient form we use to capture this information and we can help you fill out if you would like. Once you are in the system, you are good to go for future prescriptions.

• The second thing we need is your prescription information.  If you have a new prescription, you can just provide it to us and we will take care of the rest.  If you have an existing prescription from another pharmacy, we can easily transfer the prescription if there are refills left, or call the physician if you need refills.  Just call us or stop by with your prescription bottles, and we can get the information we need to fill your prescriptions at Southern Village Pharmacy.
• Prepare for the benefits of being a Southern Village Pharmacy customer.  We will take care of you.  The prescription will be filled in a timely manner.
